Requirements
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule and book work for clients, managing field staff diaries
- Ensure all necessary information is provided for each job
- Coordinate the use of subcontractors as needed and raise purchase orders
- Monitor planning KPIs and the revenue tracker
- Maintain accurate records of all information related to jobs
- Order parts required for each assignment
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in a similar planning or logistics role
- Knowledge of water treatment processes is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- A commercially driven mindset for effective decision-making
- A proactive approach in line with our company values of Respect, Accountability, Reliability, and Integrity
