WCS Group are currently looking for a Regional Planner to join our team based in our office in Bellshill, Scotland.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment and you will be required to plan in the work for our field-based colleagues, while liaising with customers and ensuring the job can be completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Schedule and book work with clients, ensuring the field staff diaries are planned efficiently
- Provide all required information for each job
- Organise the use of subcontractors if required, raising PO’s
- Understand planning KPI’s and the revenue tracker
- Ensure all information is recorded
- Order parts to be used for each job
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Logistics / Planning roles is essential
- Water Treatment knowledge (advantageous)
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Being commercially driven to ensure the right decisions are made
- Demonstrate behaviours in line with our company values : Respect, Accountability, Reliability & Integrity.
