Regional Performance Marketing Lead (Central)

In Wolt, the Central Growth Team is the force driving the entire user funnel from awareness to retention for both new and existing customers as well as our courier partners in our 27 markets. With a strategic mindset, we work to acquire new users as well as make sure our overall funnel is in good shape. Efficiency and incrementality are the key drivers for our marketing decisions.

Our 30+ person Performance Marketing Team currently consists of people specialised in user acquisition, brand performance as well as ASO. The people in our team are experts in both digital marketing and analytics, however we are now at a point where we need a top individual to strengthen the team and focus mainly on growing our business in Central Europe through online marketing channels. The role will be based in Wolt’s Poland office and directly report to the Global Head of User Acquisition.

What you'll be doing:

  • Accountable for the overall Performance Marketing activities and investment in the Central European region
  • Leading the team responsible for our online new user acquisition in the region
  • Drive meaningful performance marketing team-wide initiatives - design, manage, help to implement, and execute user acquisition strategies
  • Collaborate with Online Brand Performance and Engagement teams, ensuring their activities are aligned with Performance Marketing Strategy in the region 
  • Manage cross-functional senior stakeholders to establish strategy, plans, and processes that will help us achieve team-wide KPIs
  • Work towards clear marketing KPIs such as ROI, CAC & LTV
  • Identify top-performing partners and channels and build strong relationships
  • Proven track record in Web & Mobile User Acquisition
  • You have a background in gaming/tech/app/mobile industry and specific experiences in some subset of Paid Social, Google & Programmatic
  • Extensive hands-on experience with paid online marketing (either on Ad Manager or FMP), managing & scaling your own budget, in the mobile or E-commerce industry
  • Solid experience working with web & mobile tracking, analytics and attribution
  • Ability to identify & troubleshoot attribution/tracking issues
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • A passionate and organized self-starter, who doesn’t accept the status quo, but always seeks to improve and automate workflows as well as come up with new approaches in order to increase performance and accelerate growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages are a plus
