The Regional People Partner Lead is responsible for overseeing and guiding the local HR teams to effectively implement company policies and initiatives. Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support the local HR teams to ensure efficient and effective implementation of HR policies and practices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide guidance and expertise on labor regulations, employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related matters.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture across the region.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a fair, objective, and timely manner.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a regional capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations within the region.
