As a Regional People Partner for Kalimantan, you will be responsible for overseeing local HR teams and executing company policies across the region. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of labor regulations and have experience in human resources management. This position primarily focuses on fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR processes with business objectives throughout Kalimantan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with branch management to fulfill manpower planning requirements to meet operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all employee-related administration in accordance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Implement and promote People and Culture programs across the branches to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues through effective and impartial investigations.
- Work closely with management and staff to enhance workplace relationships, improve morale, and drive productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Regional HR Partner or similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
- In-depth knowledge of labor regulations and compliance.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Kalimantan region.
- Home-based candidates from Kalimantan preferred.
