We are currently looking for a Regional Operations Manager based in Warsaw. If you are a highly motivated individual, who is passionate about last-mile delivery, technology, and expansion - this role is for you!
As a Regional Operations Manager you will help us to scale our business in Poland. You will focus on delivering world-class service to our clients at all times and will be responsible for key financial and operational KPIs such as gross margin and order success rate in the cities you’ll manage. You will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of our new operation and play a vital role in balancing the interests of our clients, high growth, and profitability. Sounds exciting, right? 🌟
You will join the Operations Team and will be based in our office in Warsaw 🥳
What will I be doing? 🤔
- Matching supply and demand - working with business operations, courier operations, and the onboarding team to enable that we have enough riders in the right place at the right time
- Overseeing the gross margin and executing initiatives that focus on improving this metric.
- Managing the fleet structure, quality and incentive schemes, as well as driver relations.
- Analysing the results, historic data and multiple data points to connect dots and take quick actions.
- Working closely with Commercial & Account Management to understand client requirements.
- Designing the onboarding plans alongside the Courier Operations Team.
- Conducting root cause analysis and proactively finding areas for operational improvement.
- Planning alongside cross-functional teams the rollout/launch of new clients, pickup locations, and verticals.
What do we need from you? 😎
- At least 2 years of work experience in consulting, retail, FMCG, or logistics-based roles. Q-commerce, food delivery or micro mobility would be a plus!
- Proven organisational and strong analytical skills - proficiency in Excel required, SQL knowledge would be a plus 🤓
- Data-driven and passionate about problem-solving - no day is the same at Stuart.
- Willing to learn a business from the ground up and not be afraid to suggest and pitch new ideas.
- Great ownership and ability to use your own initiative for decision-making.
- People-person who loves to collaborate in cross country & cross-team projects.
- Great interpersonal & communication skills in both Polish & English.
