Overview
Our client is a leading travel service provider - a company with over 50 years of experience in delivering travel products globally, with their APAC headquarters in Hong Kong. They are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to be based in Taipei.
What You Will Do
Oversee and coordinate tour operations across global destinations, ensuring exceptional service delivery aligned with client requirements
Direct operations team to implement established protocols while fostering effective collaboration with Country Managers, Sales teams, and Network Offices
Provide strategic leadership to the operations executive team, focusing on professional development and team growth
Maintain high standards of operational excellence and team productivity
Collaborate strategically with Head of Operations to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
Develop and implement strategic solutions for management, ensuring operational capacity scales effectively with business growth
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities to foster team cohesion and positive workplace culture
Oversee adherence to cancellation policies and cost management protocols while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
Manage operational systems and conduct data analysis to drive performance improvements
Execute additional responsibilities as assigned, with particular emphasis on efficient communication and resolution of client concerns
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree or diploma, fluent in English
Minimum 10 years of working experience, including 5+ years in a management capacity
Experience in Tourism / Travel / Supply Chain / Logistic industries or positions
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong team collaboration
Superior organizational capabilities with proven problem-solving expertise
Demonstrated resilience and capacity to excel in high-pressure environment
