The Regional Marketing Strategy and Planning Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketing initiatives within the designated region. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Strategy and Planning, this individual is tasked with the development, execution, and continuous refinement of our marketing strategy and planning processes, including area and city expansions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives while leveraging market insights to drive regional growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving to optimize marketing efforts across various channels and markets. Your contribution will ensure our marketing strategies are both innovative and aligned with our broader financial and operational goals.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Assist in the development and implementation of market - specific marketing strategies and campaigns to support business objectives.
Strong experience with analytics and data processes.
Ensure solid plans for city and area expansions and that media plans are executed to drive business results, coordinating with Rx and NV Partnership marketing for local support, as well as with the Brand marketing team to ensure we are consistent with our business narrative.
Manage regional marketing budgets effectively, tracking campaign performance and ensuring country targets are met. Optimize marketing mix allocation to maximize impact
Coordinate the execution of marketing plans, ensuring they align with country and organizational goals.
Support the forecasting of marketing outcomes, help set clear objectives, and contribute to strategic long-term planning.
Monitor KPIs to inform marketing investment decisions and strategy adjustments.
2+ years of experience working in consumer/brand marketing from a tech, eCommerce or similar industry.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data. SQL experience is a plus.
Proven experience in delivering targets in a fast paced environment.
Experience in managing marketing budgets & business plans for different marketing channels.
Solid experience with stakeholder management
Self-starter and impact-driven: you enjoy taking ownership of projects with limited oversight. You’re not afraid to take responsibility and ownership of you and your team’s work
Eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
Fluent in English.
The role is based in Greece.
