Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Regional Marketing Manager with a strong Field/Regional marketing background, demand generation skills, people management experience, and virtual event expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for building, driving, planning, and executing extraordinary marketing programs targeting customers and prospects that directly contribute to the success of the sales team's pipeline goals. This role requires a combination of strong planning, organizational, communication, leadership, and execution skills. Ability to prescribe programs based on a deep understanding of your region is critical.
Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption and lead generation programs to develop qualified sales leads, accelerating pipeline and brand awareness within the region
- Lead quarterly planning with sales leadership to influence and identify the right objectives, strategies, and prioritization for marketing in your region
- Collaborate with regional sales stakeholders to build an integrated ABM demand generation plan that leverages corporate marketing strategies to support sales goals
- Identify, plan, and execute in-person field events, account-based marketing, regional webinars, trade-shows, Grafana hosted events and more to meet regional targets
- Create event marketing plans, goals, budgets, schedules, presentations, executive communications, post-event surveys, and reporting
- Drive collaboration within the regional marketing team on lessons learned and best practices to continually challenge and improve the regional marketing model
- Monitor progress and measure results of all key marketing campaigns through regular pipeline inspection & deal tracking
- Create and manage a regional marketing dashboard that tracks the effectiveness and impact of marketing spend on pipeline, using defined tools and resources
- Oversee partner and channel marketing strategy to prioritize strategic partners for joint marketing
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Field/Regional Marketing field or similar marketing role
- Willingness to travel (40%) in support of programs and company meetings
- Experience with SFDC (reporting, campaign management, data management & hygiene)
- Willingness to support other marketing programs that may fall outside of your local timezone and/or normal business hours
- Ability to align strategies and programs to the open source go-to-market motion
- Splash, Marketo, Clearbit, DemandTools, Google Analytics knowledge a plus
- Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is required.
In Germany, the OTE range for this role is 70,000 EUR - 90,000 EUR. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed on our careers page.
