Regional Marketing Manager (NJ/PA/NYC Region)

WinnCompanies is looking for a motivated Regional Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide field marketing support to the NJ, PA, and NYC property operations teams across multiple client sites with a high focus around affordable leasing, marketing, and resident retention programs. The position includes property management staff development, training, strategic support, and development recommendations to drive consistent strong performance at each site.

This is a hybrid position within the NJ, PA and NYC region. The typical work schedule consists of 3 days travelling across the region and working onsite within your assigned portfolio of properties and 2 days working fully remote. Please note that the pay range for this position is between $75,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of assets and partner with operational leaders and clients to provide demand, sales, and pricing support to achieve occupancy targets.
  • Experience in running multifamily affordable lotteries.
  • Experience developing and managing Affordable Fair Housing Marketing Plans and collateral needed for the plans.
  • Maintain a digital footprint with property website pages, and ILS listings, including updates to photography, brand elements, and written content within assigned portfolio.
  • Provide reputation and social media support to the assigned portfolio.
  • Provide on-site support for underperforming properties including but not limited to leasing, renewals, waitlist management, and resident retention.
  • Develop and assist in the design, production, and distribution of materials such as sell sheets, business cards, brochures, review cards, client presentation templates, maps, floor plans, and flyers.
  • Complete market research and comp studies upon request for properties within assigned portfolios and new acquisitions.
  • Ability to travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in affordable and mixed-income housing programs.
  • 1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Able to travel 3 days a week across NJ, PA, and NYC regions on a consistent basis
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suites and other web-based applications.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership/coaching skills.
  • Summarize and communicate moderately complex information in varied written formats to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, work to deadlines using sound judgment.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and staff training to meet customer service standards and expectations.
  • A current driver's license in good standing and the ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company's Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
  • Ability to adapt successfully to changing situations and environments. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • NALP
  • NAHP – CPL, SHCM, CAM (MA - C3P) certifications.
  • CAM – RAM & ARM honored; CGPM – NAA or NAMA honored certifications.
