We're looking for a creative and driven Regional Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our tado° team as soon as possible. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our marketing vision and its local execution, ensuring our brand shines across these key markets.
What You’ll do at tado°:
- Act as the voice of DACH/BENELUX, consolidating insights from consumers and customers, and ensuring our marketing strategy fits the local pulse.
- Develop and manage tailored marketing plans that align with our brand and the unique needs of the region, in collaboration with teams like strategy, content, and media.
- Translate strategy into action, creating impactful trade marketing activities that benefit both tado° and our retail partners.
- Build strong relationships with local trade partners and marketing teams, ensuring flawless execution of our brand and products at every touchpoint.
- Localize content to resonate with the region’s language and culture, ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Manage the local trade marketing budget and deliver marketing activities that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Partner with communities, organizations, and influencers to extend tado°’s reach in the region.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize performance, share results, and continuously improve strategies.
- Develop creative marketing materials and tools that empower our retail partners to showcase tado° effectively.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communication sciences, business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Local Marketing within the DACH and BENELUX regions.
- A solid understanding of online and offline marketing, trade marketing tools, and key performance indicators.
- A knack for organization, hands-on execution, and a strong focus on delivering results.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with other teams and partners.
- A creative and innovative mindset, always ready to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- A passion for smart technologies and innovative products.
- Confidence with MS Office programs and a strong commercial sense.
- The ability to thrive in multi-cultural, multinational environments, preferably based in Munich, Germany.
- Fluency in German & English (both are a must for this role) and Dutch (nice to have).
