Position Summary:
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic design and operational execution of the commercial marketing plans within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with the global and business line strategies.
Working closely with the global Marketing-Communications team, the business line and sales teams, the Regional Marketing Manager is ultimately responsible for the effective and appropriate implementation of marketing tactics and activities in his/her region to build brand awareness, generate leads and demand, and contribute to the achievement of sales goals.
Role Presentation and Objectives:
In this dynamic role, the Regional Marketing Manager is a key contributor responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies within a defined geographic area, collaborating with regional client-facing teams, and leveraging digital channels to enhance global brand presence, increase customer base, and drive sales and market share.
The Regional Marketing Manager actively contributes to accelerating Eurofins Discovery's CRO activities and inclusive of products when there is an in-region need, and expertise in drug discovery across the small molecules and biotherapeutics (Large Molecules, and Cell and Gene Therapy) drug discovery continuum. Additionally, the role aims to enhance client outreach in the assigned regions by utilizing effective marketing communication solutions to elevate brand awareness, build preference for innovative tactics, and increase internal stakeholder engagement in commercial marketing alignment.

The Regional Marketing Manager will have a positive impact on Eurofins Discovery through the strategy and execution of innovative and creative regionally focused internal and external marketing communications activities that are aligned with corporate and business line objectives.
