About the Role
We're expanding our presence in the AMER region and are on the lookout for a Regional Marketing Manager. In this crucial role, you’ll be at the helm of identifying and managing growth opportunities for key markets in the region, considering local nuances and market trends. You’ll be responsible for generating incremental growth, challenging the status quo to achieve business objectives and an expert with channel execution and local activations in a global structure.
You’ll work closely with the regional channel and local commercial leads, and with the Product team, leaning on each other’s expertise, to align the local strategy with broader business objectives, aiming for a cohesive and seamless end-to-end user experience in keeping with our core value of putting travellers first.
Reporting to the Head of Geo Growth, you'll have a dotted line to the global Social & Community and PR channel leads.

Your Responsibilities
Drive Regional Growth Through Localised Marketing:
- Continuously identify and develop business opportunities tailored to key local markets based on insights and aligned with global objectives, working closely with regional channel leads to ideate, recommend and optimise key initiatives and their impact based

Working closely with existing teams and build on earned channel strategies (Social Media & PR) to ensure maximum relevance and impact across the region

Craft and orchestrate high-impact regional marketing plans spanning campaigns, content, PR, social and more to bring opportunities to life

Leverage regional channel expertise to inform tactical decisions based on past ROI and impact, whilst owning the final call on tactics for your focus markets

Work closely with regional leads to obtain central team budgets and/or additional funding through convincing business cases focused on optimising impact

Own the local calendars, campaigns, and merchandising. Partner on relevant content creation such as SEO and CRM. Shape selected PR, social media, and CRM initiatives
- Work with global marketing teams to integrate global initiatives into local calendar
- Adopt a test and learn approach to innovate and quickly assess potential impact
- Champion cross-functional collaboration with product, commercial and marketing teams
- Help optimise Geo Growth's operating model to better serve local needs
Regional expertise - Supported by the data and insights teams:

Develop and share deep expertise on regional traveller needs, competitors, trends and opportunities, across all verticals

Monitor regional performance, report and translate local insights into actionable strategies to drive short and long-term impact

Represent regional needs and voice across the organisation
- Enhance localisation relevance by refining content and surfacing product experience gaps
Team leadership:

Direct and support a country marketing manager to optimise local impact, elevating skills through hands-on mentoring

Guide the manager to translate insights into deliverables to drive locally relevant marketing strategies

Jointly with the Geo Growth leadership team, design efficient, scalable cross-functional workflows

Foster a collaborative, innovative growth mindset that motivates and recognises achievements to boost engagement, goals and performance
About You
- Expertise in regional digital integrated marketing strategies and planning
- Experience in social media and PR is a nice-to-have
- In-house experience from preferably a fast-paced product or tech company. Will consider agency experience.

What You Can Expect
You’ll be part of a multi-disciplined fast-paced marketing team, with an exposure to all elements of the marketing mix. You’ll learn about our business strategy and sub-strategies. Joining at a time of strong growth where geo expansion plays a central role, you’ll witness and play a key role in the operational transformation of the business. As a global organisation, you’ll get to work closely with both the local and central teams and learn about how to successfully grow flight, hotel and car verticals in the context of your region and the overarching business strategy.
Following extensive surveys and workshops around our teams needs and preferences, we’ve returned to our offices in a hybrid working pattern: typically that looks like two days in the office, flexible to an individual’s need. As such, this role would be a great fit for someone who lives within commuting distance of our Miami office or would be willing to relocate.
