About the role
As a crucial part of our regional sales ecosystem, the Regional Marketing Lead is tasked with orchestrating full-funnel marketing campaigns tailored to the distinctive market dynamics of their region. This role demands a strategic mind capable of crafting and deploying multi-channel campaigns, designed to captivate prospects and drive them from initial awareness to active consideration. The Regional Marketing Lead will work in the field, closely aligned with regional Sales. This dynamic role is supported by a global Marketing function—including Public Relations, Social Media, Digital Advertising, Automation, Distribution, Product Marketing and Design—ensuring the Regional Marketing Lead is well-equipped to execute strategies that resonate locally while aligning with our global vision.
Your key responsibilities
You will develop and execute on a marketing plan for EMEA & ANZ depending on local goals and requirements and including the following activities:
Full-funnel marketing campaigns
- Build and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns together with Global Product Marketing and Divisional Marketing to drive prospects from awareness through to consideration
- Create campaigns across multiple channels in the local language, including sponsored content, paid social media, webinars, search engines and local PR activities
- Produce and manage campaign assets such as articles, advertising creatives, sponsored content, market research pieces and landing pages
Account-based marketing (ABM)
- Partner with Sales to target and engage key accounts, aligning ABM strategies with business goals
- Measure and optimize ABM performance using dashboards to track KPIs and adjust tactics accordingly
- Advocate for ABM processes, ensuring alignment and support from regional sales and leadership teams
Sales engagement, enablement and alignment
- Align goals and efforts between Sales and Marketing as a key part of the Regional Sales function equipped with a clear focus on shared objectives, target markets and metrics
- Oversee lead management from marketing initiatives to sales action, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with sales processes and transparency about impact on pipeline
- Incorporate sales assets provided for the Product Marketing team to support the regional sales team and enhance their ability to sell effectively
- Train sales teams on the latest marketing initiatives and how to use marketing materials in their sales process
- Gather feedback from sales teams on messaging and go-to-market strategies, sharing insights with Product marketing
Events, brand and regional PR
- Organize and oversee regional participation in events and conferences, including owned, hosted, and third-party events with the support of our Events Specialist
- Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion
- Incorporate product launches and other significant milestones into event planning to ensure regional relevance
- Increase brand awareness within the region through targeted marketing campaigns and regional PR efforts
- Collaborate with the Global PR Manager on localized public relations activities, including media outreach and influencer collaborations
- Exploit local media, communities and event opportunities for brand promotion and product showcases

Requirements
- 5 -10 years of B2B marketing experience, with a track record in Field Marketing/Account-based Marketing (ABM)
- Experience in financial services and/or financial technology industries required
- Experience in marketing targeting C-Suite and key decision-makers in technology/IT, innovation, finance, operations and ESG departments
- Highly proactive, confident, and creative, capable of building strong relationships with sales teams and executing end-to-end ABM plans
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management at all organizational levels
- Technology and AI-savvy, with a strong interest in emerging technologies and digital trends to drive innovative marketing strategies.
- High-quality execution with a systematic approach to project management, capable of prioritizing and executing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player who values sharing knowledge and best practices, with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire and generate enthusiasm for projects.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
