What is Regional Manager – Digital Solutions?

 

The Regional Manager - Digital Solutions plays a critical role in spearheading business expansion and enhancing market penetration within Jazz’s digital solutions portfolio. With a strong emphasis on business development, product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth, this role demands a deep expertise in digital technologies and a proven ability to drive sales in a fast-paced, evolving market. The ideal candidate will be adept at delivering customized, technology-driven solutions through Jazz’s digital offerings—such as Cloud, Ad-Tech, and Precision Marketing—ensuring the acquisition and growth of key enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead efforts to identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities, focusing on expanding the digital solutions footprint within the enterprise segment.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance market share by strategically developing and positioning Jazz’s digital solutions as integral to clients' business strategies.
  • Ensure the presentation and delivery of the most appropriate digital solutions, effectively addressing client challenges and aligning with their strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain deep, consultative relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring sustained engagement and long-term partnership growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Pre-sales, Product Development, and Marketing, to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the digital solutions team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a high-performance culture focused on results.
  • Engage with senior executives within client organizations to advocate for Jazz’s digital solutions and secure buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Remain aware of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to maintain Jazz’s competitive edge and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.

  Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Solution sales, with a significant portion dedicated to digital products or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record in business development and driving revenue growth in the enterprise space, particularly within the digital or tech sectors.
  • Experience in managing and leading sales teams, with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Proven strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including cloud services, ad-tech, precision marketing, and related emerging technologies.

  Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation and technology solutions.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals and build long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep commitment to understanding client needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
