What is Regional Head – South?
The Regional Head leads the growth of Jazz’s digital products portfolio within the enterprise segment. This role focuses on expanding non-conventional product adoption, ensuring portfolio stability, and driving revenue growth from day one. The incumbent will act as a thought leader in digital transformation, spearheading business development and market penetration. They will lead a team of Digital Solution Managers and Consultants, driving initiatives in Cloud, AdTech, Precision Marketing, and IoT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive immediate results by achieving set revenue targets from day one, ensuring a robust start to portfolio growth.
- Spearhead efforts to identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities, focusing on expanding Jazz’s digital footprint in the enterprise segment.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to analyze market potential and derive actionable insights.
- Ensure the delivery of tailored digital solutions addressing client challenges and aligning with their strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain consultative relationships with key stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pre-sales, Marketing, Product Development) to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Champion Jazz’s digital solutions, advocating for products like Garaj Cloud, AdTech, CPaaS, and M2M/IoT in client discussions.
- Ensure end-to-end service excellence by working closely with internal stakeholders (Service Delivery, Operations).
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, attending industry forums and customer events to gather intelligence.
- Lead critical sales opportunities and guide teams through solution proposals, feasibility assessments, and operational aspects.

Requirements
Minimum 10+ years in sales leadership, with a strong background in digital solutions and technology products.
Proven track record in driving business development and revenue growth in enterprise digital sales.
Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and strategic initiatives.

- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems (Cloud, AdTech, Precision Marketing).
