The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be leading a team of TA Partners who will continue to build of our EMEA team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, while also collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as Business and Operations Leaders, HR Business Partners, Regional TA leader peers and the Global TA COE.
 
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this role is critical to our growth strategy and will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, scalable talent acquisition strategy for your region.
The successful candidate will be a key driver in strengthening our workforce and contributing to our mission of creating a sustainable energy future. Ideal candidate will be as a self-starter and a change catalyst to independently create and execute against sourcing strategies.
You will be focusing on three different areas:  developing the team to evolve from transactional recruiter to strategic Talent Acquisition partners, partnering with the business to develop hiring strategies based on market intelligence and leading the change adoption of new TA tools, systems and processes with the team, HR partners and hiring managers.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
Lead the team to hire to target and be 100% staffed by optimizing sourcing, recruitment funnel and the team organization
Drive improvements to increase the quality of hires (measured by objective metrics) through data-driven experimentation
Ensure operational excellence in your team for every step of the recruitment process (new positions intake, JDs, pre-screening, interviews scorecards, offer communication, etc.)
Leverage and analyze Data and Recruitment Reports to effectively partner with the Team and Business
Reduce the cost per hire while improving quality of hire
Lead the adoption of the High Velocity Hiring process and ensure that Hiring Managers supported by your team develop interviewing skills
Develop strategies to build talent pipelines and effectively raise or lower the bar adapting to changing hiring needs
Manage, coach and build a team of strong Talent Acquisition Partners and enable them to hire game changers for Fluence
Lead projects to transform the recruitment function:  ATS Implementation, High Velocity Hiring, TalentNeuron market analysis, SeekOut Implementation

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA talent market, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Between 6-8 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment and a minimum of 2 years of team management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment
  • Exposure to headcount models and resource planning is strongly preferred
  • Ability to leverage data to take decisions and optimize the results
  • Leadership skills to rally recruiters to achieve stretch targets
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency  
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
