Regional (EMEA) Security Centre, Analyst

At the core of our client’s organisation, the Regional Security Centre (RSC) role is all about action and impact. We are looking for someone who thrives on dynamic challenges and keeps a level head while navigating them. You will be the go-to problem solver and a source of essential operational support that keeps a large regional organisation running across a diverse and challenging region

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Emergency Expert:  When a crisis hits, you are the first to respond to breaking incidents - You're the calm in the chaos, ensuring security and safety prevails.

Access Gatekeeper: Monitor and triage access control and security alarms - you are accountable for incident notifications, and facilitating swift responses.

360-Degree Surveillance Expertise: Monitor and utilise the CCTV camera network and other communication systems. Your role goes beyond mere observation, it is about maintaining unwavering proactive and reactive reflexes to secure staff, sites, assets, and operations.

Stay sharp, stay updated: You keep our BOLO lists fresh – adding critical info, escalating when necessary. You are our go-to for staying one step ahead.

Travel Guardian: Wherever and whenever our team travels, you are their security anchor. Your support and intelligence ensures safe journeys and confident travel.

Social Media: During events, you are on social media watch. Real-time monitoring, threat identification, and proactive responses are all part of your support to stakeholders     .

Data: The integrity and quality of our data is key.  Entries, information requests, and audits are your domain. You keep things organised and everyone informed.

Beyond the Ordinary: In a role as dynamic as this, every day brings new challenges. Guided by your adaptability, you tackle these tasks and any others that come your way with finesse.

Requirements

Essential

Experience that Speaks Volumes: With 1-3 years in the realm of security, you've already begun your journey. This experience lays your foundation for the challenges ahead.

Communication: Your ability to craft compelling narratives and articulate thoughts seamlessly sets you apart. Excellent writing and verbal skills are your tools for communication.

Geopolitics: Your grasp of geopolitics is not just knowledge; it is a compass that guides your understanding of the global landscape.

Tech: You are not just tech-savvy; you are an explorer of different technology platforms and applications. Comfort in this digital terrain is second nature to you.

Preferred

Fast-paced, proactive and reactive operations centre experience. You have excelled in this environment, turning challenges into opportunities.

From Experience to Expertise: Your background in civilian, law enforcement, or military roles within intelligence or threat analysis adds a layer of depth that cannot be replicated.

Qualifications and specialist skills

Bachelors or Masters degree with relevance for (international) security, crisis management or investigations

English fluency and preferably an additional language from the EMEA region
