The Role:

As the Regional Director of Sales at Aisera, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales success in the Western Region. You will lead a team of senior large enterprise account executives to build pipeline, achieve sales targets and drive success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing sales function for the Western region accountable for achieving sales performance objectives and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase new prospects and pipeline management, achieving revenue forecasts and meeting sales objectives across all verticals.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a top-tier enterprise sales organization, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Personally establish strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Oversee sales activities and success of each account executive, focusing on pipeline development to drive bookings growth.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals.
  • Drive local process improvements to enhance the sales cycle and framework.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to execute sales goals for the region, developing specific plans to ensure both long and short-term growth.
  • Input and maintain sales data within CRM systems, including Salesforce.com, and provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Measure and report results of sales and plan execution, identifying areas for improvement and implementing positive changes.
  • Represent Aisera by driving sales opportunities with company partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 12+ years of experience selling SaaS and Automation solutions, with deep experience in enterprise software sales or business technology products and services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience selling into enterprise across the western region, particular with a strong network of IT buyers.
  • Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning technologies is highly favorable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous work in startup/hyper-growth environments is desirable.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the specified location without the need for current or future company sponsorship.

Benefits: 

Aisera provides excellent benefits, a competitive compensation package, and a generous equity plan. The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
