We work remotely at Passes but prefer for this position to be filled by someone based in-person in LA, NYC or Miami.

Passes is seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Regional Director. As Regional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the general expansion of the region in addition to customer success. This role will require a blend of customer support, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving. This position will report directly to Lucy, our CEO.

*Note: this role may involve occasional travel to meet with creators in person (if applicable). 

🛠 Responsibilities

  • Manage regional expansion: oversee acquisition of creators as the platform enters the market + plan, develop, and lead the organization's expansion.
  • Develop strategies: including the buildout of recruitment delivery plans. Actively seek out and engage with potential new creators, including influencers, artists, and content creators, through various channels such as social media, in-person events, and online communities.
  • Relationship Management: manage and develop the customer success function that includes full-lifecycle creator recruiting, sourcing, and operation as well as maintenance of creator relationships.
  • Content Optimization: collaborate with creators to optimize their content strategy, including content creation, distribution, and engagement tactics + analyze data and performance metrics to offer data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Community building: work with creators to foster a sense of community and engagement among their subscribers. + provide insights on best practices for community management.
  • Revenue Growth: assist creators in leveraging our monetization tools effectively, such as subscription models, core features, and tips + help creators develop strategies to increase their subscriber base and earnings.
  • Market Insights: stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the social subscription space + share insights and recommendations to help creators stay ahead of the curve.

🔎 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the digital content or social media industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and network effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital content creation, and subscription models.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and content performance metrics is a plus.
