Job Title: Regional Development Manager - FTC (9 months) – Internal Applicants Only
Salary: Band 5 - £29,640 - £42,750 per annum
Hours per week: 35 (Flexible Working Options Available)
Location: At IOSH, we embrace hybrid working because we believe it's the key to achieving work-life balance, strategic success and fostering our collaborative culture. You’ll be required to work from our head office in Wigston, Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week. The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home. There would also be some virtual out of hours work and occasional travel as part of the job role.

About the role
We have an exciting internal secondment opportunity in the Networks Team for a Regional Development Manager ( FTC - 9 Months). It’s an opportunity to work with our volunteers, contribute to growing our membership and make a meaningful impact.
You will develop, lead, and manage a portfolio of volunteer-led branch committees, guiding their activities to support the charitable objectives and strategic aims of IOSH. Branch activities include regular events offering professional development, which are key to member recruitment and retention. The role will mainly support our global branches, including Singapore, Hong Kong and West Africa but also some of our UK branches.
There will also be an opportunity to work closely with our membership team to support the acquisition of new members, globally.

Essential criteria
· Strong organisational skills
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
· Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
· Experience in managing volunteer committees or similar roles, would be preferred, however as this is development opportunity, therefore is not essential
