The Regional Brand Marketing Manager/Specialist, reporting directly to the Regional Head of Brand Marketing, is tasked with developing and driving the execution of the regional brand strategies. Your primary focus will be driving the creation and production of creative assets for the region, by working directly with the regional creative agencies as well as collaborating with the global brand team to ensure the timely delivery of those assets. This role is crucial in ensuring that all marketing materials are consistent with global brand standards while also being tailored to regional needs. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, project management, as well as executional excellence to effectively position and promote the brand in the region
Responsibilities & Duties
- Assess and identify regional creative asset needs for marketing campaigns.
- Manage production of regional assets with regional creative agencies in alignment with the Global Brand team.
- Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to global brand guidelines while being customized for regional markets i.e. following the guidance of the central brand team to contribute to building a global brand asset.
- Provide strategic guidance on the usage of influencers in building the Wolt brand within the region.
- Manage timelines and project deliverables to meet campaign deadlines.
- Oversee the quality control of marketing materials, ensuring high standards are maintained together with the central brand team.
- Creative and Analytical Thinker: Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking to create compelling and data-driven content
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality, error-free content
- Skilled in managing creative agencies to produce localised assets for marketing campaigns
- Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Brand Voice and Tone: Ability to maintain and evolve the company’s brand voice and tone across all content channels
