We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our Asia Pacific Regional Finance Team based in Hong Kong
· Handle monthly closing of regional books and review monthly group reporting package
· Compile SOX reports and group reporting schedules with sensible variance explanation in a timely manner
· Manage cost allocations and intercompany transactions for Asia Pacific markets including PO/invoice, reconciliation and variance explanations
· Liaise with service center for account payables and payment cycle.
· Assist / Participate annual budget/ quarterly forecast and relevant schedules
· Ensure compliance of accounting/group policies, internal control guidance, tax, audit and other statutory requirements
· Assist in developing and reviewing internal compliance procedures
· Independently handle statutory audit and tax filing
· Identify and resolve accounting and taxation issues
· Perform ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisors
· Degree in Accounting
· Qualified accountant
· Minimum 7 years of practical experience in multinational/listed company
· Hands-on experience in month end closing
· Audit experience is a must plus solid knowledge of Hong Kong Accounting Standards and regulations
· Strong problem-solving skills plus flexible mindset are essentials
· Team player with good communication skills to work well with different counterparties
· Able to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments
· Be proactive, detail-minded, multitasking and able to work independently
· Hardworking and willing to work overtime to meet reporting deadlines
· Effective time management & able to prioritize tasks
· Excellent command of written, spoken English and Chinese
· Less experience will be considered as Senior Finance Analyst
· Immediate available is highly preferred
