Regional Alliance Lead

Role purpose: 

Leading completeness of portfolio offers by forming strategic alliances and licensing. 

Key responsibilities of role 

  • Prepares the business case to support the collaboration with the selected companies in coordination with RCL 
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and pursue potential partnerships and licensing opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, licensors, and internal stakeholders teams. 
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership and licensing agreements according to global and regional offer strategy. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships and licensing agreements, making adjustments as needed to ensure their continued success. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the partnership or licensing agreement are executed effectively. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to partnerships and licensing, and use this knowledge to inform strategy and decision-making Managing key portfolio processes related to concerted elements of the offer   

Knowledge, experience & capabilities 

  • Business development experience: The ability to identify and evaluate potential strategic partners and licensing opportunities, negotiate deals, and manage relationships with partners. 
  • Legal and regulatory knowledge: Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to partnerships and licensing agreements. 
  • Project management skills: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 
  • Industry knowledge: Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the company's products and services. 

Competencies 

  • Strong communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, partners, and customers. 
  • Strategic thinking: The ability to develop and execute a strategic plan for portfolio expansion through partnerships and licensing. 
  • Analytical skills: The ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and financial data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions. 
  • Influencing skills: The ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
