IT IS A HYBRID ROLE: 3 DAYS PER WEEK IN THE OFFICE AND 2 DAYS WORKING FROM HOME.
PTW International is a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the gaming industry and we are looking for a passionate and Junior Recruiter to join our team and help us find the best talent in gaming and tech.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and your seniors to understand the requirements of tech, gaming and corporate positions.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Access english level of candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tech and gaming recruitment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.
- Fluent english is a must.
- Will to learn and to show results,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for technology and gaming.
