The Role
As a Telephone Interviewer you will be responsible for reviewing, actioning and telephone interviewing candidates for all our roles across the UK businesses. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing what applicants are suitable and unsuitable for the roles they have applied for
- Rejecting unsuitable applicants at application and phone screening stage
- Conducting telephone interviews
- Reviewing internal roles and making Recruiters aware of applications
- Contacting applicants to encourage them to leave reviews on our service
- Maintaining candidate relationships through the recruitment process
- Keeping spreadsheets and internal systems up to date
- Assisting other telephone screeners with additional workload if required
- Taking part in meetings with Recruiters to update on the progress of roles
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a customer service or phone based role would be advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated
- Comfortable working towards targets
- Team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
- Excellent organisational skills
