Job in short 

As a Junior Recruitment Support Coordinator, you are the foundation of the recruitment team and make sure that the department operates efficiently and smoothly. You support our recruitment team. You act as the overarching layer between the different recruitment support coordinators, helping with the scheduling and support challenges they face.

You are energetic and proactive with a can-do mentality and exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills. You support your team of recruiters with frequent questions and advise them where to find information.

There is not a single question that you don’t know the answer to. Unexpected problems do not blow you off your feet, quite the opposite - it gives you energy and gets you going.

Meet the job 

Functional/technical skills

  • Mid Excel Knowledge, you can easily pull simple reports and use simple formulas, create pivot tables and graphs.
  • Mid Word Knowledge, you can format documents effectively, following Brand guidelines.
  • You have a clear understanding of the company processes and policies related to Talent Acquisition and act as an ambassador and gatekeeper for them.
  • You complete your tasks timely and often with the support of a more senior team member. You are a contributor to TA Operations-related projects and OKRs
  • You have high attention to detail and this allows you to proactively detect updates of information needed and evaluate the quality of the information you receive and process.
  • You process external hires, which means you are in contact with external vendors and interact with them daily.
  • Can navigate a dynamic environment, changing tasks and priorities as required
  • You have a user-level understanding of the tooling used by the team.

Business, product and industry knowledge

  • Operational/value chain mindset
  • Basic understanding of the recruitment industry

How about you?

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • English language to a professional level, written and spoken
