Upwork’s Managed Services Recruitment team is on a mission to grow and develop the relationships and programs with our large account clients. As a Program Manager on the Managed Services Recruitment team, you will work directly with a team of leads, sourcers and recruiters to exceed expectations set by the client. You will also work closely with the internal client team of Program Managers and Project Coordinators. With deep staffing and recruiting experience, you know what ‘great’ looks like. You will be responsible for helping develop a talent strategy that ensures we identify, develop relationships, and drive loyalty with the best talent in the world. You have a bias for action, and ensure that clients, internal partners, and candidates who move through our process have an outstanding experience.  Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide Recruiting Program Management services to a dedicated outsourced solutions team. 

  • Lead day-to-day operational functions of a growing team, including leads and recruiters that are responsible for helping our clients meet their talent needs by recruiting talent on and off the Upwork Platform.

  • Understand recruiting best practices, and establish and track key team metrics to ensure that our clients have access to the world’s best talent.

  • Identify new resources and talent pools to allow the team to find difficult skill sets.

  • Work cross functionally with other internal teams to understand and meet the needs of our clients

  • Meet/exceed team SLA’s, and be accountable for fill rate and quality metrics

  • Utilize and manage applicant tracking and productivity systems responsible for engaging and driving utilization of highly qualified candidates 

  • Ensure an outstanding experience for clients, candidates and business partners

The annual base salary range for this position in California and Washington is displayed below. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position in California and Washington, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
