- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for operational roles within construction, facility management, and security, as well as corporate-level positions.
- Recruit for positions across Budapest and Luxembourg, ensuring alignment with local market demands and organizational requirements.
- Oversee the recruitment projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful placements, aligning with project timelines and team requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand the specific needs of each team and ensure the best talent is recruited.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, headhunting, networking) to identify top candidates for specialized roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in property development and property services recruitment, including knowledge of competitor activity and market demands.
- Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management, ensuring that recruitment strategies are aligned with organizational goals.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in white-collar roles
- Strategical recruitment mindset
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to remain flexible and responsive in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English both oral and written
