We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and takes a proactive approach to challenges. Join our team and be part of a dynamic workforce where your skills and initiative make a real difference. 

  • Work on SSC positions in Budapest 
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment (sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing) 
  • Administer and building ATS pipelines 
  • Communicate with relevant hiring managers and report on the process and candidate pipleine 
  • Ensure and maintain a healthy candidate pipline for given positions 
  • Learn SSC positions’s sourcing and prescreening to be able to work as substitute for relevant Recruitment Partner 
  • Participates in projects as needed

 

  • 3 years recruitment experience as a recruiter preferably in corporate enviroment 
  • Passion for recruitment and communication 
  • Well-developed self-organization, attention to details 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English 
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks 
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 
  • Flexible and open-minded 
  • Proactivity is a must
