The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will be pivotal in guiding and overseeing all recruitment marketing campaigns for Evolution’s North American region. Working with the Marketing department and other internal stakeholders, the Recruitment Marketing Specialist will create and distribute recruitment content that reflects Evolution’s culture, core values, and achievements. This role will have a strong focus on our external visibility, appealing to various target groups throughout the region.
This role will be target-driven, analytically minded, and able to think fast to work collaboratively with various departments to implement strong, effective campaigns with highly ambitious recruitment goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide all external recruitment campaigns, ensuring they accurately reflect Evolution's story, mission, values, and employee journey
- Involvement in creating the strategy, content, and planning of specific external recruitment campaigns in conjunction with HR, Operations, Employer Branding, and Marketing based on company growth targets
- Continual monitoring, assessment, and tracking of external recruitment campaigns to meet ambitious CV inflow targets
- Guide and advise HR and Employer Branding teams on digital marketing campaigns, with a critical focus on the strategy for social media channels
- Responsible for ensuring the Graphics team understands the campaign vision and delivers high quality and visually appealing external campaigns according to brief, making sure all output is market and audience appropriate, positioning Evolution as an attractive place to work
- Manage, advise on, and deliver external recruitment campaign requests from various stakeholders
- Foster a strong relationship with internal stakeholders, third parties, agencies, and other partners where necessary
- Market intelligence - be the expert on the other regional competitors - how they position their campaigns, attract large numbers of staff, and how they execute with speed
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets
- Experience within an advertising agency is advantageous
- Marketing/Business degree preferred
- Previous experience in a similar recruitment or marketing campaign role
- Strong analytical mind, data, and target-driven
- Demonstrable creative outlook and a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of all social media platforms, including Instagram, and TikTok
- Working knowledge of editing software, including Adobe products.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented, self-motivated, and a desire to learn
