About the Role
Reporting to our HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters to effectively source, screen, and hire top talent. You will play a key role in driving the recruitment strategy, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds recruitment targets and goals.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to drive performance and achieve recruitment objectives.
- Execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
- Utilise recruitment tools and technology to optimise the recruitment process and improve efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and professional development opportunities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Be a role model and lead by example to promote an inclusive and great place to work.
The role will be based from our Jarrow office, covering our standard working hours of Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm, and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm.
