Recruitment Manager Bangalore

To ensure a future with the best and most diverse talent for Adyen, we’re hiring a Recruitment Leader to help further support building our new Technical & Operations hub in Bangalore. In this role you will be fully responsible for overseeing the talent acquisition strategy for the site while building and leading a team of tech recruiters onsite.
In the very initial stages, you will help build out the Bangalore technical recruiting the first key layer of talent in Adyen Bangalore (working closely with the APAC HR Team & Global Tech Recruitment team).

This role is based out of our Bangalore office. We have a hybrid workplace and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.

What you’ll do

• Fully responsible for India tech hiring while leading the Tech Recruitment team;
• Create and execute the recruitment strategy aligned with business needs;
• Build the site’s foundation with key leadership hires;
• Build the local Recruitment team; hire, mentor and retain collaborating Tech Recruiters;
• Build and maintain strong, open and trusted relationships with global leaders;
• Ensure hiring quality aligned with Adyen's values and company culture;
• Lead global and local projects on DEI, rewards, employer branding, and candidate experience to constantly improve the Recruitment function.

Who you are

• Minimum of 6 years within Tech Recruitment, 2 years of leading teams;
• Extensive full cycle recruitment experience with a focus on passive candidate generation in Bangalore’s competitive tech market;
• Proven track record of building teams from scratch;
• High level of self-motivation; you’re someone who is able to define structure and prioritize;
• High personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality;
• Experience in Bangalore talent market and in FinTech is a plus.
