As a Recruitment Freelancer, you will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment team with a main focus on Management position and Mass Hiring for operational teams. You will collaborate with the People Teams and Hiring Managers to ensure that all processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to the day-to-day recruitment and mass hiring process.
- Assist in general recruitment administrative such as create the offer letter, agreements, and other tasks as needed.
- Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain and update new hires data and related documents.
- Collaborate with team members in project.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate from Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eager to learn.
- Willing to work from the office.
- Available to join ASAP.
