About the role:
MMR is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic and forward-thinking HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for their first role in Internal Recruitment and has some previous experience working within a customer service role.
This role will be to recruit our entry level roles over MMR’s 10 global locations, accessing their suitability to join MMR and selling how great MMR is! These roles will also cover a wide range of role types, so the role will have breadth and variety, also enabling you to work with many different hiring managers across the business.
In the UK, MMR hires a new cohort of researchers to join our Graduate programme each year and it will be your responsibility to lead this UK recruitment programme. You will be tasked with carrying out screening calls, running our assessment centres, and ultimately finding the best graduates for our business, all whilst providing a first-class candidate experience.
This is a fast paced and varied role that requires someone who is driven, organised and has the ability connect and communicate with a variety of people.
Reporting into our Recruitment Manager, full training will be given so don’t worry if you haven’t done recruitment before; personality and attitude is a key attribute for success in this position.
