About the role:
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People team! You will be focused on sourcing top talent for TravelPerk’s North American sales team and delivering a 7-star experience for candidates while ensuring a seamless experience for the interview teams. Although you won't conduct many interviews yourself, you will be a key player in ensuring our recruitment team's success. In addition to this you will carry out integral projects in the People Team, working on data dashboards, employment branding strategy and process improvements. We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our Chicago hub. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in-real-life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
TravelPerk doesn’t require academic studies for this position. We select based on experience and potential, not credentials.
