What you will be doing
- Establish new business relationships, all while providing a high level of customer service with existing business partners and candidates
- Provide curated consultation with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
- Specialized in assigned Industry, managing 360 degrees end-to-end recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of the right candidates
- Negotiate terms of business with clients and job offers to candidates
- Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners, their industry, what they do, their work culture, and their environment.
- Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently.
- Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback, and pushing job processes forward.
- Helping candidates at all stages of interviews at scale.
Who are we looking for
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in client-facing recruitment.
- High EQ and ability to adapt to technology and people
- Must have a passion and commitment to sales processes
- Must be able to produce solutions and be process-oriented
- Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing. Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage.
- Recruitment consultant experience would be preferred
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner in both Mandarin and English (Written and Oral)
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in permanent roles.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A passion for recruitment and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
