Role Description

Glints is looking for a Recruitment Consultant Lead to join our Fulfillment team, under Recruitment Cross border, to build and grow your recruitment team to support our clients with their hiring needs and deliver a good experience. As the Senior Consultant Lead, you have to lead by example and coach your junior consultants to be experts in their field.

Requirements

  • From 2 years of experience in a recruitment/headhunter (open for Senior recruitment level who mentor other member is also considered)
  • Open for candidate who has experience in Hanoi market but move to Glints Ho Chi Minh to work
  • Good command of English: clients mainly from diverse regions like China (around 50%), the US, the UK...
  • Proactive, Resilient, flexible with strong customer care mindset
  • Experience in international recruitment is a plus point

Scope of work

  • 30%: Build the team & manage team performance (2-3 junior staff)
  • 50%: Manage client accounts
  • 20%: Handle individual recruitment targets

  • Manage the team (2-3 members) to achieve individual and team KPIs
  • Work with the BD (Business Development) team/Team Lead to receive orders and process recruitment for clients
  • Understand clients' businesses and find suitable candidates (usually recruiting Vietnamese candidates to work remotely/move to another country)
  • Manage the recruitment process for clients and support the team in handling arising issues
  • Train and guide the team in recruitment-related skills
