Role Description
Glints is looking for a Recruitment Consultant Lead to join our Fulfillment team, under Recruitment Cross border, to build and grow your recruitment team to support our clients with their hiring needs and deliver a good experience. As the Senior Consultant Lead, you have to lead by example and coach your junior consultants to be experts in their field.

Requirements
- From 2 years of experience in a recruitment/headhunter (open for Senior recruitment level who mentor other member is also considered)
- Good command of English: clients mainly from diverse regions like China (around 50%), the US, the UK...
- Proactive, Resilient, flexible with strong customer care mindset
- Experience in international recruitment is a plus point
Scope of work
- 30%: Build the team & manage team performance (2-3 junior staff)
- 50%: Manage client accounts
- 20%: Handle individual recruitment targets
- Manage the team (2-3 members) to achieve individual and team KPIs
- Work with the BD (Business Development) team/Team Lead to receive orders and process recruitment for clients
- Understand clients' businesses and find suitable candidates (usually recruiting Vietnamese candidates to work remotely/move to another country)
- Manage the recruitment process for clients and support the team in handling arising issues
- Train and guide the team in recruitment-related skills
