- Engage with clients to comprehend their talent requirements, with a primary emphasis on serving clients in Manufacturing/Logistics/Real Estate,... industry.
- Source potential candidates and help build our talent community.
- Connect with candidates, understand about their competency, career goals and connect them with clients.
- Manage full-cycle hiring processes from interviewing to offer stage,...
- Track data to improve the recruitment process
- Mentor/Train new knowledge and experience for new-comers, intern and other team members (for Senior level)

Who We Are Looking For
- Min 1+ years of experience working in recruitment or headhunting.
- Intermediate English communication (Proficiency in other languages: Chinese, Japanese,... is a big plus)
- Passion in connecting right talents to the right environment to grow
- Strong communication skills and confidence, which makes you comfortable to communicate with high-level candidates
- Character: Growth mindset, willing to learn, result-oriented and resilient
- Team player with a focus on delivering results
