In this role, you will play a key part in building and consulting our vibrant talent community. What You’ll Be Doing

Be a Recruiter to source potential candidates and connect them with clients

Be an AM/PIC to engage with clients to comprehend their talent requirements

Manage multiple hiring processes, guide candidates, and gather feedback

Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and guarantee the smooth recruitment process

Track data to improve our recruitment service

Who We Are Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in the Recruitment field (internal or external is acceptable)

Fluency in English is a must (Proficient in Mandarin Speaking is a big plus)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment

Open-mindedness and a willingness to embrace challenges
