What Will You Be Doing?
- Understanding, supporting, and eventually running the end-to-end recruitment process by identifying and engaging top independent consulting talent and streamlining talent operations through management of our internal databases and applicant tracking system
- Supporting in discussions with consultants and clients, understanding project scopes as well as commercials, supporting in coordination of community events and administrative tasks like contract management
- Supporting in onboarding new talent, contributing innovative ideas for the Talent & Community Team's improvement, and supporting in shaping strategic decisions to ensure they reach their achievements
- Being proactive in doing market-related research in order to bring fresh and innovative ways to improve the team and our processes
