What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with the BD (Business Development) team/Team Lead to receive orders and process recruitment for clients
- Understand clients' businesses and find suitable candidates (usually recruiting Vietnamese candidates to work remotely/relocate to another country/hiring for cross-border market)
- Manage clients accounts (1-2 clients), work directly with clients to get the requirements and communicate it with all team members
- Manage the recruitment process for clients and support the team in handling arising issues
