As our new Recruitment Business Partner, you’ll join the People & Culture team, reporting directly to our Head of People & Culture. This is more than a recruitment role—it’s an opportunity to shape and build the foundation of how we attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent in a rapidly growing, international environment.
You’ll spend most of your time balancing between hiring exceptional talent and working closely with our managers—whom we call our "Chefs"—to build strong, cohesive teams. You’ll become their trusted advisor, sharing your wealth of knowledge in international hiring best practices to help them navigate the recruitment journey. At the same time, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring our hiring processes align with our growth ambitions.
When you’re not immersed in recruitment, you’ll be focusing on refining and streamlining our internal processes and practices. Together with our other Recruitment Business Partner and People Ops Specialist, you’ll team up to shape the People & Culture team into a cornerstone of our organization’s success.
We also want you to embrace a role as a cultural ambassador for Orbisk. This means you’ll be brainstorming alongside your colleagues, contributing ideas to bring our vibrant culture to life.
