We are looking to hire a driven, proactive Recruitment Associate to join our growing Recruitment team! This will be a generalist role where you will primarily focus on interview coordination, guiding candidates through the process and collaborating with the wider recruitment team on process improvement projects. RESPONSIBILITIES
Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers for multiple hiring processes
Champion Candidate Experience:
Ensure candidates are moved through the recruitment process speedily and efficiently.
You will be a point of contact for multiple candidates, keeping them updated and ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their interview process.
Job Posting:
Support with posting new roles on our ATS and Linkedin
ATS Management:
Maintain candidate profiles and pipelines on our ATS where necessary.
Generate reports on recruitment metrics as needed.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with the Recruitment team on process improvement projects for candidates, hiring managers and team productivity.
