Aviation Recruitment experts Optime are searching for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join their successful Crawley team.
Based in our Head Office in Crawley (RH10), this role will encompass a blend of candidate aftercare, administrative duties like re-rostering, absence management, and reporting, as well as handling all the necessary administrative tasks for onboarding new starters. This role is tailor-made for someone who is passionate about making a tangible impact, thrives under pressure, and is committed to keeping our recruitment running smoothly.
What’s on offer:
- Rate of Pay: £26,000 per annum
- Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (Office based)
- 28 Days Annual Leave (plus Birthdays and an extra day for each year of service)

Key Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive administrative duties with meticulous attention to detail to support our clients and workers.
- Communicate roster changes with existing workforce.
- Investigate absences, lateness, and other attendance related issues.
- Compile weekly performance reports to share with clients.
- Provide outstanding care of our workforce, ensuring they feel fully supported and valued from day one.
- Collaborate closely with our team to refine and enhance the recruitment process, making sure our service always exceeds expectations.
- Any other administrative duties required by the Account Management team.
Requirements:
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
- Strong IT skills with proven experience using Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine desire to support and build meaningful connections.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and remain composed and organised, even in high-pressure situations.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the recruitment or aviation sectors.
- At least 5 A*-C grade GCSE's including Maths and English.
