We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our Recruitment Team during a busy period, playing a critical role in supporting our in-house recruiters and Recruitment Manager. This position is ideal for someone eager to gain valuable experience in recruitment and onboarding processes, which could serve as a foundation for a long-term career in HR.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll provide full lifecycle administration support to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment is fast-paced, with daily challenges such as managing shifting schedules, accommodating interruptions for meet-and-greets, handling interview cancellations, and providing feedback to candidates - both positive and constructive. This role requires someone with resilience and the ability to handle the highs and lows of recruitment, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm while adapting to ever-changing priorities.
