Role Overview

The Administrator role is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.  Interact with a number of different internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth onboarding process. There will be a large emphasis on report - utilizing Power Bi , Power Automate and Excel. Along side BAU tasks you will be creating reports, editing existing reports, and monitoring data quality.

Role Responsibilities

The Recruitment Administrator is responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Candidate Onboarding - gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Responsible for ensuring accuracy of all onboarding paperwork
  • Create from scratch reports on request using Power Bi
  • Maintaining current reporting, and continuously reviewing for process improvement
  • Recruitment data quality control
  • Representing Datacom through professional and timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  • Take reasonable care that their actions (or inactions) do not harm the Health and Safety of self or others. Reports all incidents, hazards, or unsafe work practices as per Datacom policy.

Requirements

Knowledge

  • Some knowledge of human resources and recruitment processes
  • Strong business acumen

Experience

  • Working within a remote/international team is a BIG PLUS
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively supporting the end-to-end recruitment process a BIG PLUS
  • Customer Service Experience

Skills

  • English communication proficiency both written and speaking is a MUST
  • Proficiency is Excel is a MUST
  • Background in creating and interpreting Reports/reporting
  • Background with Power BI, Power Automate is a MUST
  • Background with Applicant Tracking System (Datacom uses Workable) a BIG PLUS
  • Ability to frequently, professional, and confidently interact with a variety of stakeholders and team members via email, phone, and internal messaging app (Teams)
  • Organizational skills with the ability to balance workload and conflicting priorities
  • Professional phone manner
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Effective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels
  • Strong communication skills with excellent writing ability and attention to detail
