  • Creating and publishing job postings on various platforms.
  • Actively searching for and approaching potential candidates.
  • Conducting job interviews and phone screenings.
  • Managing and maintaining the applicant database (SmartRecruiter).
  • Collaborating with departments to clarify job requirements.
  • Conducting candidate selection processes and, if necessary, assessment centers.
  • Supporting candidates throughout the entire application process.
  • Preparing job offers.
  • Utilizing and maintaining social media channels for recruiting.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations in the application process.
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives.

The position can be performed at the Hanover and Karben locations

  • Completed studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in recruiting or a similar position.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with applicant management systems and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge in conducting job interviews and selection processes.
  • Knowledge of labor law and data protection is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good English and German language skills (written and spoken).
  • High level of initiative and teamwork skills.
