We are seeking a results-driven Recruiting Specialist to join our team! Our candidate is someone who knows how to identify and attract top sales and operational talent for a dynamic and fast-paced logistics company. You will be dedicated to our high-volume efforts in Chicago and offshore. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to closing top talent, whilst ensuring a positive candidate experience through the first week of onboarding.

*Required in office 4 times a week

DEPARTMENT: Talent Acquisition 
LOCATION: Chicago 

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

  • Source candidates and evaluate their experience, skills, goals, and competencies to ensure a healthy funnel, fill new hire classes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and teams to understand the requirements and expectations of the position(s).
  • Develop out-of-the-box strategies for hiring and attracting top junior sales talent to Loadsmart.
  • Assist in the execution of recruitment events supporting the targeted needs of the organization (career fairs, on-site events, etc.).
  • Meet established hiring KPIs and time-to-fill commitments.
  • Follow up with new hires, collect feedback, and ensure a remarkable employee experience.
  • Attend networking and industry events for headhunting.
  • Participate in HR Onboarding processes to ensure continuity from the hiring process
  • Serve as an HR representative in the Chicago office as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have 1+ year of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Experience in a high-volume environment is required
  • Proven ability to source a high volume of strong sales talent.
  • Proactivity and persistence are a must. 
  • Demonstrated the ability to network and establish working relationships internally and externally. 
  • Desire to seek new sourcing strategies with a passion for developing creative approaches to sourcing and delivering hiring results.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
