The Role

As a Recruiting Manager at Brunswick Group, you will play a critical role in attracting and securing top talent for our growing team. You will work closely with Hiring Leaders to fill key roles across the firm. This is an incredibly compelling opportunity for a driven and experienced recruitment professional to make an impact as a full life cycle recruiter within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Full life cycle recruitment
    • Collaborate with Hiring Leaders throughout the recruitment process, from need identification to initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Conduct initial screening interviews, work with Recruitment Coordinators to facilitate interview scheduling, prepare interviewers prior to interviews and debrief for their feedback and recommendations following interviews.
    • Develop and present compelling candidate profiles to Hiring Leaders, highlighting skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Negotiate offers and manage some aspects of the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Advance the talent acquisition function:
    • Contribute to the advancement of best practices, templates, operational excellence and technical knowledge of the talent acquisition team both regionally and globally.
    • Find and execute new ways to find and attract a diverse pipeline of talent to all roles, across all levels.
    • Play a part in the continuing evolution of our employer brand to attract talent to the firm.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Innovative candidate sourcing and development
    • Think laterally when identifying, sourcing and developing candidates. Be creative when finding talent – look beyond the obvious targets. Build long-term relationships with candidates, beyond immediate recruitment needs, retain these relationships for future networking and hires.
  • Proactivity, pace and flexibility
    • Proven track record of being able to scale up or down during the annual recruiting cycle. Will be able to ramp quickly on critical searches or during peak periods. Will have the pace, accuracy and flexibility to move seamlessly between multiple searches and client groups. Will proactively seek out talent, will not rely solely on applicant driven recruiting.
  • Outstanding internal client management
    • As an advisor, build strong, collaborative relationships with our internal clients, provide strategic advice, supported by flawless recruiting execution. Be responsive and consistent, cultivate deeper and more resilient relationships with internal clients. Help our internal clients to hire the absolute best talent by using frequent communication, detailed progress updates and transparency to foster trust.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in crisis communications, professional services, advertising, public relations or strategic management consulting
  • Proven success in recruiting candidates across all levels
  • An ability to build a talent acquisition strategy and delight stakeholders including hiring leaders and
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple clients and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail oriented, with advanced organizational and time management skills
  • Highly creative problem-solving ability, coupled with exceptional process and project management
  • Highly collaborative, team player attitude, and a strong desire to work together with the Recruitment, People, and client teams
  • Acute skills in developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stake holders / Partners
  • Sincere interest in joining a fluid environment, providing opportunities to be strategic and creative
  • Diligent and skilled at providing accurate and timely information regarding requisition statuses and priority tasks
  • Consummate professional with well etched personal integrity and dependability
  • Flexible with the ability to react quickly to changing business needs
  • Ideal to have experience with Greenhouse as an applicant tracking system and must have experience with LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
